Players sit at a table. First player rolls the dice. If they roll a 2 and 1 they become the three man. Wich means whenever anyone rolls a 3 the three man must take a drink. If you roll three 3's in a row, you get to make up a rule. If you roll a 7, the person to your right must take a drink, if you roll an 11, the person to your left must take a drink. If you roll a 10 its communty, in wich everybody takes a drink. If you roll doubles, say 2 fives you get to destribute 10 drinks how ever you want around the table.
