Sit at a solid table and put the short fat glass in the middle. Everyone must have a drink handy. First person takes the quarted holding it between their thumb and index finger and slam it in front of the glass trying to make it in. If you hit the rim of the glass you get to go again. If you make it in the glass you get to tell whoever you want to take a drink. If you make it in the glass three times in a row you then get to make up a rule (ex. anyone who says a word starting w/ an "s" has to drink). Keep playing untill you get bored with it, and then start playing with shots.
