I thought I would take a side a part of my site to put some cool shit about my favorite band on here.
Sublime blends a love of dance-hall and stony reaggae rhythms with a punk rock attitude to form one of the greatest sounds ever. Their debut album '40 oz. To Freedom' was released in 1992 off their skunk record label. Their other album 'Robbin The Hood' was an expeiremental record that blended differant sounds. The self-titled 'Sublime' went on to sell millions and earned them a number of awards. Yet on May 25, 1996 lead vocalist and guitarist Bradley Nowel was found dead of a heroin over-dose in a San Francisco hotel room; leaving behind a band, a wife, a new baby, and millions of fans. You can still catch Sublime as Long Beach Dubb All Stars on the Vans Warped tour right now. But they are just not as good.

If your a die hard fan you know 40 oz. To Freedom was not actually their very first try at an album. In 1991 Sublime made 'Jah Won't Pay The Bills'. 4 tracks off this album ended up on '40 oz.' But their are still plenty of tracks on here that have not since been released. You can bet against finding an old copy of this one. It includes the original Ball and Chain, demo of Date Rape, original Slow Ride, original Dont Push, and Had a DAT. This is a great find, if you can find it!
