6 or 7 cards are delt to each player. The rank of the cards is as followed (most powerful to least powerful) 2, A, K, Q, 4 and 3. The person who goes first plays a card. The person who goes next has 2 options; to play a card higher then (but not the same) as the preciouse card. For example if the 4 is lead, the next player must play a card HIGHER then a 4. A new hand starts when all players pass or when someone plays a 2 (the most powerfull card). The last person to play the card leads the next hand. However lets say the person leading has two 5's, this person may play them both, then the next person must play two of the same card or higher then five; this person cannot play one card or 3 cards..only 2! Aswell 3 or even 4 cards may be lead. The only time a player my lay 1 card in a situation like this is if it it a 2 (power card); a single 2 beats everything and the hand ends followed by a new lead.
The Roles for each player are as follows:

President: can make any player drink at any time, no-one came make the president drink but self. The president is the first player to start each round. And the pres should never have ro re-fill own beer.

Vice-President: Can make any player drink at any time (exsept pres), only the president or self can make the vice pres drink. The VP goes second each round.

Normal People: These players can make each other drink aswell as thee asshole. They play in order they finished the previouse round; first normal follows VP, second normal followes him and so on.

Asshole: this player is the dumbass. This player has to do all dealing of the cards. All sweeping of cards after hands, and cannot make any other player drink. The Asshole plays last in each round.

The object of the game is to get rid of your cards first. The person who gets rid of their cards first becomes president. The person who comes next is Vice President. And so on. The object of hierarchey is that as soon as the cards are dealt you can make anyone below you drink. Asshole also has some extra jobs; he must shuffle the cards, sweep cards, and fill everyones drink. Before the hand starts president give the asshole his lowest card and Asshole gives the president his highest card. If either is caught not giving their absolute lowest or highest card, they are automatic asshole for the next hand. If more then 8 people are playing they exchange there TWO highest and lowest cards. The president leads off the first round. After the first round whoever won the previouse round leads off. After first card led play follows down the hierarchey. When play reaches you you can play or pass. You can play by matching the card played or beating it. Also if a single card is played you must follow with a single card, right we went over that huh? If you cant match or beat the card you pass. The last card played wins the round. Get it?
